• How long will it take to repair the Lcd, Led Tv?

  Time for TV repair depends on the problem. The usual turnaround time is 2 hours. If in case the problem is not resolved then you will be informed in advance.

• Is it posible to repair the television at my place or will it be taken to the service center?

  That totally depends on the issue. If the issue is minor then the repair will be done at your place otherwise it will be taken.

• What kind of spare parts are used if something needs to be replaced?

  We use only 100% genuine & original Spare parts required to resolve the issue with the Led Television.

• Do you provide a warranty on Led TV repairing service?

  Unless if not specified 30 to 90 days Warranty will be provided for the service you take and the parts replaced.

• What are the common issues with LED TV?

  Here Some of the common LED TV issues:
  
  ➤ LED TV screen turned off: This issue is maybe due to power supply board, which may not receiving supply or sending it to all the sections of the LED TV. The defect with the power supply unit occurs when the component like Ic, Mosfat, Diode, Regulator or capacitors on the power supply boards start leaking or bulging. It has to be checked properly and replaced.<
  ➤ Horizontal lines while turning on the Led: Most of the time this issue is due to loose connection between the set-to box and Led Tv. If an old cable is connect between set-top box and led Tv, this issue might occur. Thus, connecting to an HD set-top box will good quality cable will most probably resolve the issue.
  ➤ Not able to connect the LED TV with Wi-Fi signal: In this case, the actual fault may be with your router. If your LED TV gets connected to your mobile device or other devices, then there must be a fault in the router. You can factory reset the router and this should resolve the issue.

• What brands are covered by Unistar Electronics?

  We cover all brands for the eligible appliance categories under Unistar Electronics program.

• What do you mean by inspection charges?

  In the Unistar Electronics program, we offer complete transparency. When it comes to repair, you are required to pay for Labour Charges, Spare Part charges and transportation charges (if required).
  In most of the appliances, we charge the fixed labour cost upfront at the time of booking a repair service. However, in certain scenarios (such as TV, Kitchen Chimney & Water Purifier), we charge only an inspection fee for the technician to visit your premise to troubleshoot the issue. In case you do not wish to go ahead with the repair, inspection charges will be forfeited. If you decide to go ahead with repair, additional charges are applied (which is conveyed to you at the time of booking of service itself – so you don’t encounter any surprises).
  We understand that you have a right to compare our services with any of our competitors and hence this token inspection fee is charged for us to cover the cost of technician visit and nothing more.

• What is a cleaning service/ PMS service?

  Cleaning or regular maintenance of appliances are required for appliances which are used on a regular basis. For example, in an Air Conditioner, PMS/ Cleaning is required to optimize the performance and ensure cooling is proper throughout the year. The process involves cleaning the clogged Filters, Coils and Fins of your air conditioner to optimise its performance. Any leak fix and Gas charging is not covered in the PMS. In case of Water Purifier, PMS involved cleaning of Pre-Filter by washing it using water (if the filter is used to the extent, it can't be cleaned, customer might be asked for change of filters)

• What is a 30-day unconditional service guarantee?

  We will provide a 30-day service guarantee for any spare parts that have been repaired/ replaced. If the same problem is reported within 30 days of the repair, it will not be treated as a new repair but a repeat issue. In all such repeat cases, customers will be required to retain the original bill provided for repair/ replacement of spares or consumables to avail services.
  Customer has the choice of procuring the spare parts on his own also, but then you will not be eligible for OneAssist’s 30-day Service Guarantee. In such instance, if the part fails due to any reason customer will be responsible for the same and will have to re-pay to buy that part again

• When can I schedule a visit for repair?

  As soon as you complete the purchase, you can schedule a technician visit as per preferred slot via app

• Can I cancel the Unistar Electronics after purchasing it?

  You can cancel ‘Unistar Electronics’ and get a full refund if you have not availed the services for a period of 15 days from the purchase of repair service. In case you have already availed services (i.e. technician has visited customer premise), then refund will not be provided

• How do I reschedule a service request?

  You can reschedule service requests by using OneAssist website or Android/ iOS App.

• What charges are covered under Unistar Electronics?

  Usually labour charges for repair of appliances are covered in Unistar Electronics. For certain appliances, you may only be charged an inspection fee which covers troubleshooting of the issue (and not the actual labour cost for repairing the appliances). Cost of spares and transportation is not covered in any of the Unistar Electronics Services.

• Where would my product be repaired?

  We have an authorized service network with qualified technicians to handle your product repairs. Our qualified technician would reach your home or take the unit to our service center (if needed) for repairs.

• Who would come to my home for repairs and how do I trust them?

  Our qualified Service Expert would reach your home once you request for service. All our experts are background verified too keeping your security in mind.
  Prior to the visit, we will share with you the Name & Number of the expert so that you let the right person in.

• Who performs the repairs?

  We only work with reputable and leading authorized service providers so that your product is always in safe hands. Our service experts are well trained and repair facilities are top of the class. Also, we only use genuine spare parts to repair your products.

• What should I expect during a technician visit?

  Technician will call you before visiting your house. Upon reaching your house, technicians will follow all safety guidelines. Technicians will ask for a start OTP to initiate the repair service. Upon completion of the job satisfactorily, you may share the end OTP to complete the repair service. Post completion of repair, a NPS survey link will be shared with you in which you can share your comprehensive feedback.
  

• What type of spare parts are used for repair?

  OneAssist always uses genuine spares for repair. These spares are procured from authorized dealers or from OEMs and are compatible with the appliance. OneAssist also offers a 30-day service guarantee which ensures that we do a quality job. Customer has the choice of procuring the spare parts on his own also, but then the customer will not be eligible for OneAssist’s 30-day Service Guarantee.

• What do I have to pay for the repairs?

  You will have to pay for the repair or replacement of spare parts required for bringing the product into working condition. Just to share with you here that 70% of breakdown calls usually get repaired without parts consumption. In case you have opted for inspection of appliances, additional labour charges may have to be paid which will be conveyed at the time of booking the service. Transportation too is not covered in Unistar Electronics.

• What safety precautions are being taken during the COVID 19 pandemic?

  Our service experts are trained to ensure the highest levels of service. In light of the current COVID 19 pandemic, we are following WHO safety standards such as social distancing, wearing masks and gloves. Also, our technicians sanitize every appliance they repair.
